Festival Locations 2023: Open Air takes places at Schlossplatz Dresden

FFDD23 takes place in 16 locations in Dresden. The 188 festival screenings will be presented at the Schauburg, Thalia Kino and Programmkino Ost cinemas, among others, as well as the Zentralkino and Kino im Kasten venues, which were added in 2022. The free open-air programme will take place for the first time this year on Schlossplatz right at the heart of Dresdens old town besides the river Elbe. The scheune Blechschloss is also a location for the first time with the event screening of the short film lotto hosted by Falk Töpfer.
