And the winner is....

The Award Winners of the 22nd Filmfest Dresden: The Golden Horseman Animation Film in the International Competition was won by the French production Parade. The Golden Horseman Short Fiction Film went to Moja Biedna Glowa from Poland. The winners of the National Competition were Lumo (animation film) and Father's Day (short fiction film). The German-Swiss coproduction It's Me, Helmut was delighted to win the Minister of Fine Arts Promotion Prize. The makers of  Crossing (Great Britain/Italy) managed to take home two awards: The ARTE Short Film Prize from the German-French culture channel and the Audience Prize as the favourite in the International Competition. The Best SoundScape Award from the European Centre for the Arts Hellerau was shared by two shorts: Tuesday from the USA and Mr. Foley from Ireland. The 2010 Audience Award in the National Competition went to Rummel. For the first time this year the Drematrix Promotion Prize was awarded. The film Egodyston from Germany was the happy recipient. Finally the Short Film Award of the German Film Critics was won by the film Home Game.
