We are happy to assist our guests in their search for suitable accommodation. We have reserved a limited number of rooms for our guests in our partner hotels. If you wish to make a reservation in our partner hotels, please indicate this in the corresponding field of the accreditation form or/and get in touch with our Guest Office. Deadline for hotel reservations is Wednesday, 19 March 2025. We cannot guarantee a reservation later or in case of incomplete information or exhausted contingent. Please understand that there is no entitlement to a discounted room.

Please also notify us of any room cancellations until Wednesday, 19 March 2025, so that we can reallocate the rooms. After that date, any cancellation fees will be charged to you as a guest.
