Short Film Rendezvous in Strasbourg

FILMFEST DRESDEN is once again a guest in Dresden's twin city Strasbourg. For the 18th time, the festival, in collaboration with ARTE, Vidéo Les Beaux Jours and the Goethe-Institut Strasbourg, is organising the German-French Short Film Rendezvous. From 5 to 6 July, German and French directors will have the opportunity to present their films in a public screening and to exchange views on their work in a seminar at ARTE.

The German participants will be Korinna Krauss with „Chuckwalla“, Abini Gold with „Joy“, Hannes Schilling with „Nach dem Fest“, Ewa Wikiel with „Nikotyna“ as well as Willy Hans with „Das satanische Dickicht - Drei“. For the French part of the programme the films “Nocturnes“ by Hélène Rastegar, „Panthéon“ by Ange-Régis Hounkpatin, „Écorce“ by Léonard Accorsi and „Heurt d’été“ by Tristan Lhomme were selected.
