New year - new festival motif!

We hope you had a healthy and happy start into 2022. We are already busy preparing the festival. Around 2,700 film submissions are currently being reviewed by our selection committees, stoking the anticipation for a new, multi-faceted short film program.

Our fresh campaign motif traditionally opens the festival year. Once again, it was designed by artist Keiko Hoshino and already gives a preview of our upcoming festival focus. In the next weeks we will reveal more information about it. Stay tuned and mark your calendars for the festival week from 5 to 10 April 2022!
