69 Films in the Competition Programmes

A few days ago, the selection of the films for the competition programmes of the 22nd Filmfest Dresden was completed: 31 short films will be screened in four National Competitions. At the same time 38 films are competing in the International Competition for the Golden Horsemen awards, including a current Oscar winner: The animated film "Logorama" by the French artists' collective H5. In addition to Great Britain and France which are most strongly represented, for the first time ever films from Cuba and Peru are also running in the International Competition. This year, all of the competition programmes will flicker across the silver screen in the Schauburg festival cinema.
